Filing a lawsuit against former members of the Board of the Issuer

The Board MBF Group SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer" or "the
Company") announces that, in connection with the adoption of the resolutions of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 5, 2014 in the matter of
consent to be brought to justice Radoslaw Paklikowskiego (Resolution No. 4) and Luke
Kuna (Resolution No. 5), the Issuer dated. May 9, 2014 he submitted to the District
Court for Warsaw-Praga North in Warsaw, Faculty of Economic VII, a lawsuit against
former members of the Management Board Radosław Paklikowskiemu and Luke Kun.

Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company under the relevant resolutions adopted
on 5 March 2014 agreed to bring to p. Radosław Paklikowskiego and v. Luke Kuna for
damage caused to the Company in connection with their function as members of the
Board of the Company for the period from the date of 1 January 2012 to 31 December
2012.

Based on the above, it was decided to file a lawsuit wzmiankowanego.

Legal basis: § 3. 1 of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System "Current and
Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market."
